How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on each product page and compare the measurements with a garment you already wear. The fit — regular, boxy or oversized — matters as much as the size label itself. If you are between two sizes, email maisondeuxlutece@gmail.com and include the name of the piece.
How can I tell whether a piece fits close or loose?
The fit is stated on each product page. Regular pieces follow a more classic line, boxy cuts are shorter and wider, and oversized cuts offer more room through the shoulders and body.
Can the colour look different from my screen?
Slightly, yes. Screen brightness, lighting and fabric can affect how a shade appears. The colour names and product imagery remain the best reference for comparing variants.
How can I tell whether the design is on the front, back or both?
Each product gallery shows the available views. When a piece includes a back graphic, chest embroidery, sleeve detail or several placements, these elements are shown in the imagery and specified on the product page.
What are the delivery times?
Every order includes preparation time followed by shipping. For France, allow around 5 to 10 working days in total. Full details are available on our Shipping page.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available for your shipment, the details are sent to you when the order is dispatched.
Can I change a size or delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check what can still be changed depending on the progress of preparation and dispatch.

How should I care for my piece?
Follow the care instructions on the garment label first. For printed or embroidered pieces, gentle washing and drying suited to the fabric help preserve the piece for longer.
